Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at support@preciousthanrubiesco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@preciousthanrubiesco.com and we'll make it right promptly.
